Played this course August 2016, nice course and it starts off really pretty through the pine trees and the 1st and 2nd and 10th and 11th, then it opens up into the housing estate and you end up playing one hole and the next is back in the opposite direction, it is wide open and for this reason I found it disappointing after the pine tree holes. That said it is very well maintained, fairways were excellent and the greens were good and quick.
